Since 2003 Kokkino have been designing and making contemporary jewellery, developing a signature style and building a reputation for quality, wearable, handmade pieces that people love to wear as much as they love to make.
Based in the historic city of Worcester Kokkino was started by Melanie Ankers, who graduated from UCE in Birmingham with a BA Honours in silversmithing and Jewellery in 1997. With a strong emphasis on simplicity of form and subtle use of colour, Kokkino designs use sterling silver, 22ct gold plating, oxidizing and enamels in a wide variety of colours.
