Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is possible for you to have either an exchange or refund.

If you would like to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return parcel.

All items are to be returned within 7 days of receipt of the Returns Authorisation number.

Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged, lost or misplaced in transit.

Alternatively please visit us in store for an exchange or refund.

All items are to be returned in their original unworn condition, with all packaging/information cards and a proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to a quality check.

Due to hygiene reasons we regret we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings.

Please note, bespoke items or special orders cannot be refunded.

Any gift vouchers purchased cannot be refunded.
